Website or demo requests may include your name, email address, business name, city, phone process, and any details you choose to send.
During a paid pilot, call summaries may include caller name, phone number, service address, issue details, urgency, preferred time, transcript excerpts, and routing notes.
We use this information to prepare demos, build call flows, route qualified lead summaries, troubleshoot the pilot, and improve the service for the client.
Access is limited to the people and tools needed to operate the pilot. Real customer call audio or summaries should not be used publicly unless the client gives permission or the data is anonymized.
