Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate hours, service area, urgency rules, contact details, and fast follow-up on qualified lead alerts.
No revenue guarantee
Softstream helps capture and route qualified opportunities. It does not guarantee booked jobs, revenue, customer availability, or close rates.
Commitment and cancellation
Public pricing is month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. A client can stop before the next billing cycle. Setup fees cover call-flow design, testing, and launch work.
